Q Chapter 1 Quiz Paleolithic to Neolithic This will be your first quiz in this class. I want to let you know that I use this format for all of the testing in this course. The only difference is the number of images. Quizzes usually have 20-25 pictures, The midterm and final will have between 40 and 60. On those weeks we will not have video lectures, just the exams, so that should provide some time for review. This is what I want you to write for each picture: 1. Name of the object in the picture. 2 Where is it from, this provides context, ( not where is it now, many are in museums scattered around the world). 3. When was it made. 4. What does the book say it's function or purpose was, if the book does not give a definitive function you are free to make one up on your own ( it is OK to use your imagination). To simplify: What, Where, When, Why. I do not give you trick questions. If you correctly provide the info I listed above you will get an "A" in this course. This is an example of a correct answer ( the example is the most complicated of all the images in that it includes 4 pictures from the same location) : No. 1.
